This comprehensive paint set includes 5 watercolour paints with braille on each, a pallet, pots, re-usable braille label tiles, paint brushes, a set of tactile and braille colouring pages (also available seperately, our product code ET18). The added details of braille on the paint tubes and the re-usable braille label tiles encourages independent learning.
The Paint Pot Palette includes a set of custom-made, whimsical drawings by artist Debi Harrison. The pictures are printed and embossed on heavy paper, and each picture is titled in print and braille. The embossed lines make it easy to trace the subjects with the fingers and then follow with a crayon or paint brush; making it easier for beginning artists to learn to colour and paint.
The set is designed to encourage visual and tactile exploration, social engagement, individual expression, and to teach shape recognition, encourage braille practice and to develop fine motor skills.
