It's lighter and smaller than the original Stream, connects to wi-fi, and retains its popular, well-spaced button layout. All housed within a comfortable rounded black casing.
You can download books, magazines, or podcasts to listen to wherever you are, or stream internet radio over wi-fi. It also comes with a voice recorder, sleep timer, key describer mode, built-in speaker, microphone, headphone jack and line-in for external microphones.
The rechargeable battery provides up to 15 hours of listening and eight hours of recording. Battery charges in around five hours when fully drained.
Supplied with 4GB SD memory card, allowing you to store over 350 hours worth of content – or about 30 average-length DAISY books. The SD slot supports up to 32GB SDHC cards.
Also comes with a silicone case, rechargeable battery, mains charger, earphones and two USB cables.
A full user guide in audio is built into the stream and can be accessed by pressing and holding key 1. Supports DAISY, MP3, MP4-AAC, AMR-WB+, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, Speex, WAV, brf, txt, html, xml, DOCX, EPUB.
