Get more from your magnifier with the explorē 12, a large, portable magnifier with HD cameras for both near and distance viewing.

This 12-inch magnifier has two 21MP HD cameras and comes with a writing stand and carry-case. It has large and easy-to-find tactile buttons to control magnification up to 30× and to change the contrast / colour settings. The explorē 12 turns on instantly, either using the on/off button or by opening the built-in reading stand.

You can customise the start screen with your preferred colour setting and magnification level, and also on-screen guide lines and blinds if desired. A permanent on-screen icon allows you to switch easily between the reading camera and the distance camera. Use the camera button on the top edge of the explorē 12 to freeze an image. You can then use the touchscreen to magnify and move around the image. These zoom and pan tools allow you to read without moving your documents.

When used with its foldable stand, explorē 12 rises above the table, giving you plenty of writing room. Connect the magnifier to a larger monitor or TV screen using the supplied HDMI cable to increase the size of the magnified image.

On a full charge, the explorē 12 has approximately 3.5 hours battery life. It recharges in approximately four hours using the USB-C cable provided. The magnifier can be used while it is re-charging. Each time the magnifier is turned on, a percentage battery level indicator is briefly displayed on the screen.

These products are returnable within 14 days of receipt in an “as new” condition in original, undamaged packaging.
