RNIB Products and Advice Centres

We recommend planning your visit and booking your appointment in advance so that we can schedule time to help with your queries and you can let us know ahead of time the key things you'd like to come in and talk to us about. You can use the online booking system links below or contact our Helpline on 0303 123 9999 who will be happy to help book this on your behalf. Please note, for some products, we will need up to two weeks' notice to arrange in-centre demonstration, and where we cannot demonstrate a product, we may direct you to a demonstration by one of our third party suppliers.

Our online booking system is available for you to book a 30-minute session with one of our team. We're able to offer you a face-to-face session in a Centre and if you don't live nearby or can't make it into the Centres, we can run a video session if you have access to Microsoft Teams, or speak on the phone.
