Designed to remain at a constant brightness even when battery capacity is low, the Foldi-Go combines the excellent light qualities of daylight (6,000K) with a very high CRI (95+) in a compact, cordless lamp with adjustable brightness.
Unfolded, and with its adjustable arm at full length, the Foldi Go is 30cm tall – perfect for illuminating crosswords, homework, recipe books and hobbies. To unfold the lamp, simply rotate the shade clockwise, then lift and extend the arm to the required height. When you’re done, simply reverse the process (the arm is hinged at the lamp head and lamp base for ease). Folded, the lamp measures 11 × 16 × 5cm and can be kept in the supplied carry case (12.5 × 18.3 × 6cm).
Not only can you adjust the arm and the angle of the lamp head, you can also choose from four levels of brightness (up to 1,300 lux at 30cm). The buttons have been designed to be easy to use. A contrasting colour and ‘grippy’ texture makes them easy to locate; they are raised and indented and provide a ‘click’ that can be both heard and felt when pressed.
One full charge will give you up to eight hours of consistent and continuous brightness. Use the handy battery power level indicator lights to monitor the charge level at a glance. When not in use, the lamp fully charges in six hours. It is supplied with a USB-C charging cable for easier use.
The Daylight LEDs offer a colour rendering index (known as CRI) of 95+ for perfect colour matching. A high CRI not only ensures colours are more vibrant, accurate and true, but also guarantees an even light output which reduces eyestrain and improves contrast.
The LEDs last at least 50,000 hours, have a very low energy consumption and produce very little heat.
