If you wish to return a cane or mobility device within 14 days because it is unsuitable, the product must be returned in pristine, unused condition.

Please do not return canes or other mobility items that have been used, marked, or show signs of wear, as these may not be refunded. We recommend trying your cane indoors, on a clean surface until you are sure you want to keep it.

Items that are returned in a used condition may not be refunded and, unfortunately, we cannot return the original item to you once it has been sent to our warehouse.

  • All cane measurements are from the top of the handle to the bottom end of the tip and increase in steps of five centimetres (or two inches).

  • Roller marshmallow tip – hook style (MP26).
