Our thick-lined, coloured A4 paper is designed to help you focus as well as making it easier for you write and read back your own writing. (Other simple measures include good lighting and using a pen with bold, black ink.)

There's no hard and fast rule for choosing a colour – for every person who finds green helps them concentrate, there'll be someone who finds lilac more helpful!

This pack contains 20 sheets of five pastel colours – green, pink, orange, lilac and blue – perfect if you want to experiment or if you like to mix things up, day to day!

The 100 sheets of thick-lined, 80gsm paper have approximately 17 lines per page (lines are 0.2cm thick and 1.3cm apart).
