This voice-operated mobile phone is designed for people with sight loss. RealSAM’s simplest phone, it’s built on a Samsung A16 handset and is designed to be used without sight. Call or text using only your voice, set reminders, use the magnifier, or check the weather.

Because it’s entirely voice-operated, this phone can be used without learning gestures or a need to see the screen. Simply tap the screen and ask for what you want, for example “call Daniel”, “remind me to turn off the oven in 20 minutes” or “what’s the weather like in Norwich today?”.

You can also use it to set voice reminders for appointments or tasks; magnify text to make it easier to read; and use Be My Eyes.

This phone uses a dual nano-SIM card for calls and texts, and requires mobile data or wi-fi to operate. Please note, you are purchasing the handset only, not a phone contract.

This phone comes with unlimited customer support from the UK-based RealSAM team (9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday).

Hard copy instructions are supplied by RealSAM and have a seven-day lead time.

Important 

This is not an Android phone. The RealSAM operating system does not allow you to add apps from the Google Play store.
