This video magnifier can be placed directly on a document (with its handle closed) and set to magnify at five times, seven and a half times or 10 times (5×, 7.5×, 10×).

You can also use it with the handle extended and magnify at two to 14 times magnification (2× to 14×) – combined with the image capture feature, you can read departure boards, signs, and more. You can save up to 15 images for future reference.

The image on the 4.3-inch screen stays crisp and clear, even when the Ruby is moved rapidly across lines of text. View in full colour, black on white, white on black, yellow on blue, or yellow on black.

Can be used with standard AAA batteries, or the supplied rechargeable AAA batteries. On a full charge you can use the Ruby continually for about two hours.
