With clear voice output, large high-contrast text, customisable watch faces, and an intuitive touchscreen, the Synapptic Smartwatch PLUS makes telling the time, monitoring health and fitness goals, and staying in touch effortless.

Customise your Synapptic watch with a choice of more than 40 watch faces, including digital and analogue designs specifically created for partially sighted users. Synapptic regularly adds new watch faces, which download automatically and for free. You can also tell the time through vibrations if you prefer – this haptic option tells the time through a simple pattern of pulses which indicate hours and minutes.

You can also change the voice and the colour of the text – choose from a range of high-contrast colour combinations to ensure maximum contrast. The watch is supplied with a black silicone strap, but you can buy an additional silicone (HA22) or stretchy elastic (HA23) strap in a colour to suit your style.

The Synapptic Smartwatch PLUS makes it easy to monitor your health and fitness, allowing you to track your steps, distance covered, calories burned and current heart rate throughout the day. Real-time updates on your activity levels can help you stay motivated as well as helping you set and achieve your goals. You can also track and review your history, using the easy-to-read display and voice output.

You can also use this smartwatch to make and receive calls, and send or receive text messages, with contacts saved in your address book. Contacts can be automatically synchronised across all your Synapptic devices and you can call anyone in your contacts list quickly and easily, directly from your wrist. Read, delete and reply to text messages. Respond using quick, pre-defined messages or type your own using the built-in keyboard.

You can also quickly record voice memos for shopping lists and reminders; set helpful reminders for medication, appointments, or daily routines; and check the latest weather forecast with a quick tap. 

You can use the customisable tactile action button to make SOS calls, record voice memos, or perform other actions.

The PLUS features for calls and messaging require a SIM card, along with wi-fi or mobile data for weather updates. Compatible with all PAYG and contract SIMs. No separate phone needed. The smartwatch is supplied with a free PAYG SIM card and £10 credit to get you started.

To set alarms, use the countdown timer, settings and more, simply swipe up and down to move between menu items and tap the screen to select an option.

The Settings menu allows you to customise the watch face, change the colour scheme and contrast level, select voices and volumes, configure time formats (12/24hr), and much more.

The Help feature provides brief on-screen guidance for key features such as using the keyboard, the layout of the watch, navigating the menus and top tips.
