Part of the IKONN Accessibility System for blind and partially sighted people, the IKONN Kitchen Scale is designed to make measuring ingredients as easy as pie.

With its tactile buttons and large, high contrast screen, it can be used as a standalone product. When paired with an IKONN Controller or the myIKONN app (for iOS or Android), you can hear the measurement spoken in metric or imperial (grams, millilitres, pounds and ounces, or fluid ounces).

When measuring volume (ml or fl oz), the IKONN Kitchen Scale's default setting is for milk, however when paired with the IKONN Controller or the app, you can select different ingredients to measure by volume: water, cream, white flour, or rice.

When paired with the free app on your smartphone or tablet, you can also get an extra-large readout on the screen in your preferred choice of eight high contrast colour settings (black on white, black on yellow, black on green, white on red, white on black, yellow on black, green on black, and red on black).

This stainless steel scale has high precision sensors, a 5kg/11lb capacity, and a tare function to allow for measuring ingredients without including a bowl or jug, or for adding ingredients.
