If you'd like to find out more about the products we offer, you can book a consultation in one of our Products for Life Stores.

You can chat to our Product Coordinators by phone, video call or visit one of our three stores – Belfast, Edinburgh, and London – to get hands on with products before you buy. For example, if you want to check that our talking microwave is a good fit for you, or a mobile phone has big enough buttons.

Book your store appointment so that we can schedule time to help with your queries and ensure we have the products you're interested in available. Please note, for some products, we will need up to two weeks' notice to arrange in-store demonstration, and where we cannot demonstrate a product, we may direct you to a demonstration by one of our third party suppliers.

We also attend pop-up events across the country where you can ask us questions and try out products on the stand. To find out where we're going to be, take a look at our events calendar.
